Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will begin processing the next business day. We do not process or ship on weekends or major holidays. 2. Domestic Shipping (Contiguous United States) We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx for domestic deliveries. Standard Shipping: Flat rate $4.99; estimated delivery 3–7 business days after shipping. Expedited Shipping: Flat rate $12.99; estimated delivery 1–3 business days after shipping. Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over $75 (before tax and discounts). We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. 3. International Shipping We offer international shipping to select countries at checkout-calculated rates. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. All such charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times vary by location and customs processing. 4. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update tracking information. 5. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages Damaged Items: Notify us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the packaging and damaged items. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Lost or Stolen Packages: Claims must be filed within 7 business days of the marked delivery date. We will assist with carrier investigations but are not responsible for packages marked as delivered. 6. Address Changes & Errors You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We cannot change addresses once an order ships. Additional shipping fees incurred due to incorrect addresses will be the customer’s responsibility. 7. Local Pickup (Lubbock, TX) Local pickup is available at our store: 1308 CR 7500 Space G, Lubbock, TX 79423. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
